ace all the leaching will be in done in one big vessel and all the gangue and acid residues will be treated and neutralised with the best cheapest neutralising agent available. what is done with the residual will certainly not be an issue to disposed of once neutralised. it might be put back into the clay basin from where it came who knows but our EPA laws are strong and that will not be an issue. it is the main reason IMO why every country is moving away from china as they could just dump it in landfill or in a river and no one would know. China is the # 1 producer of everything in the world for a reason. IT HAS NO ENVRIOMENTAL LAWS. I've been to Shanghi Dow plant and what i saw there would disgust you. Into the creek she goes.
