great info REEIIy and great nic. it will be interesting to see all the acid types on REE leaching. that is why ANSTO is best to decide. great discussion points here. australia is so far behind china in REE extraction but are best and brightest minds like Malibu will be working on it at CSIRO and ANSTO. As BH says " find the resource and get excellent grades then find a way to extract it economically" . OD6/MRD has great resource , cheap power , infrastructure and skilled workforce on coast close to ports and roads.
