Just came across this courtesy of @Paul7890 for neighbour Salazar project (WC1), historical leach results showed the clay didnt take to sulfuric (12-21% extraction) but HCl smashed it out the park (90%!). ANSTO know what they are doing selecting HCl given historical data from regional testwork.
Also some very interest acid consumption data shared of 40 kg/t for Salazar, this is the first rough number I have seen for Aussie REE clay play!
