agree dilution is key word here. HCL will be diluted to under 10% more likely around 2-5%. that is what im talking about cost and handling vs H2SO4. im not getting into an argument with non chemistry types and 20 years working at Dow taught me much about chemical handling. both are dangerous acids but dilute HCL is safer than handling H2SO4 even when it is diluted also. my argument is OD6 is undervalued IMO compared to peers MEI and IXR both of which WILL USE H2SO4 to process there ores.
