I've got the same issue with the DFS tbh. dilute the heck out of the company and raise funds. then we pay another company to do all the work. and award ourselves performance rights.

I'm sorry, but anyone can offer Patterson's a bottomless credit raise tomorrow. and then pay another company to do some work like drilling or met test or the dfs.

offtakes and financing is actually a target they'll need to work for and not a guarantee. would have been happy to have the entire performance share amounts attributed to that alone.
