I guess AVZO will help fund some of AVZs commitments next year.
Also I highly doubt any bank will provide unsecured lending for 15 million to a speculative exploration company located in the DRC at any interest rate.
Without Huayou exercising their options or an angel investor appearing, imo AVZ had little to no choice but deal with Pattos. Pattos know exactly how hard it is to obtain funds presently and therefore held all the bargaining chips.
Would have been awesome if AVZ raised all the money required to get them to DFS when they raised at 25c, however no one had a crystal ball to know that the Lithium sector would come off the boil.
Good news is us lowly retail punters have had a second and third bite at the cherry at current prices.
