Why pay Patersons 6% underwriting fee with 15m advisor options? Patersons appear to have sold off and have not supported the company from that point onwards. SP was squashed back down for months on end after the CR. I can't prove they did sell but if Patersons were still holding then where are they in the top20?
What about latest AVZ Top20. Huayou only 26,315,790 or 1.15% of the company
