    Drum roll, we will know when a pending announcement re: a dividend and or a return of capital will occur when :
    1. We see some of these Options being exercised,
    2. When Barnes exercise her 20,000,000, 7.5 cent Options. She can elect to pay nothing and convert them at today's share price into circa 7,500,000 fully paid shares.
