Judging from the results of the recent AGM it appears most were happy giving the ZEPO's approval to the Employee Share Option Plan. Perhaps if more said NO they might have thought about (but highly doubt it) instead with the overwhelming for ZEPO,s embolden this to make announcements such as this.
