Sorry to harp on about this. They didn’t meet their goals which was the purpose of these options but they still want to find another way to reward themselves because they didn’t meet their objectives. WTF What an absolute rort by management. They’re basically saying “we don’t need to meet any objectives to reward ourselves.” Face it management, those options are gone because you didn’t get there.MOVE ON and do better next time!!!
