What is Tony salary of 350,000 or so for? Driving to work and turning on the coffee machine?
It appears as though this is not the first time a company has approach MYG to buy it. Agreeing a 9.5 to 1 terms is not worth of a 700k bonus.
Getting financing, building a mine and selling gold would be a performance worth addition payment of 700k. This is what the wording based on when we voted. There was addition wording at the end which no one probably read which which allowed them to quantify there own bonus for things like this take over.
Having said that if I a choice of john greeves running myg and his 500k salary while never producing gold or giving away 700k and joning Doray to get the gold out of deflector the choice is obvious.
There is only one person in the world that would choose the first.
