The performance rights were agreed to in 2018, 30th of June 2020 was the pre-established date, which correct me if I'm wrong, was voted on by shareholders in 2018.
If you,'ve been in the company since then you would be happy with the companies progress, yes the current share price is down on recent highs, but the current outlook is still decent in my opinion.
New contracts have been negotiated, oil prices are down and iron ore is still high... I'm looking forward to the full year results, should be a good read.
