Today we have issued an announcement and form (Appendix 2A) advising that 2,500,000 of Executive Chairman Bob Proulx’s performance rights have vested.
This is one portion of the performance rights that form part of Mr Proulx’s equity compensation.
The conditions for the performance rights to vest were established by the Board of Directors in May 2020 and approved by shareholders at the company’s AGM in July 2020. The performance rights package has been designed to ensure the CEO and Executive Chairman’s incentive is aligned with shareholder interests.
The new shares were issued today, Thursday 10th September 2020. Further details of the performance rights are in today’s ASX release, available here.
