Yes it will be up to Veterans call and other charities to steer there donors to the app as to maximise the donations percentage. my only fear is that when you go on these sites there are easy to make donations but there is nothing there if you were joe blow on the web site for the first time advising that if you download the app we can receive a much better % of your donation where it will no doubt go further.
I haven't or cannot see the drive to put the app out in peoples faces, everyone will be donating come Veterans Day but no default to the app etc. As well said above the charities need to be promoting this hard to there donors & to date visiting these sites its not being done. Perhaps ACU need to be a little more proactive.
