Opdivo starts to (measurably) work after around 2 months, give or take. In both of the IONIC cohorts, you wouldn't expect to see a response from Opdivo by itself, as patients have either stopped responding or it's a cancer where Opdivo doesn't work. So if it starts working, you would then monitor for stable, partial, complete responses for some months after that before making any public comment.

So the doctors should know if it's working around March next year, if recruitment proceeds quickly. BMS may have conditions on release of the data which may slow the release of results; this is not uncommon.

But NOX and BMS will want to move on this extremely quickly so we will be able to infer success very quickly too.
