From your following statement i can tell that you don't understand Noxopharm " if NOX have clinical proof of concept for the cold to hot tumor conversion hypothesis " they don't have proof of concept they have clinical trial evidence that it achieved 4 patients with abscopal response which is more than what was reported in the medical literature in the previous 50 years.
And the article link you have provided, which cancer are they targeting ? it doesn't work on all cancers.
