then if you accept the drug may have done nothing then imo they shouldn’t be putting out big (price sensitive!) announcement with claims implying they’ve prevented cytokine storm- and then add caveats like they need to review other therapies these patients got! . this is complex area and there are too many questions unanswered. Were all these cytokines within normal range or elevated at day 1?
the fact that a simple marker like Crp didn’t change makes me wonder if this drug has any anti inflammatory effect whatsoever.
