RL continues to manage his 2 lics and wholesale fund. PK same with rf1. Just a merger of management cos and PK gets a defacto listing of his interest in his management co on a 60/40 basis. Synergies for admin, distibution and compliance hence howie departure. Vg8 gets some nous via singapore operatives of rf1. RL and PK get to spend some buddy time in lovely manly salt air and great lattes.
Dont expect uplift in vg1 and vg8 it will take time but all in all v good move.. great work rob and dr phil!!!
