Agree Mervin.....SPP before approval is very poor form. But assuming the approval comes it could be a mini bonanza. I've decided to take up the SPP not because of the managements' SPP timing (which has got me offside) but I just noticed 1 buy order for 229k shares @ .425 ($97k). So someone is pretty confident about approval. Someone knows a lot more about the approval getting up than me.
