Suspect this raise (hnwi x existing) may be enough for the commercial banks which want an offering done to existing shareholders. My calcs is its now $150M to go (of the $160M) and think you'll get a grant/exim/supplier taking equity stake and/or doing prepayment as part of it.Maintains the momentum for an earily 3rd q fid also.That's my guess re short-mid on this.
Impressed with a cap raise at this price - no. Think its still a goer - for sure.Just - irritating.
