I would suggest the problem with THX for those holders with negativity is simply the time taken to prove up anything of any worth . How long does one wait 20 years for anything significant .I am patient but 20 years and even I lose a bit of interest. The stuffing around is beyond a joke bloody well get on with it.
On the contrary if they can discover something things change quicky and fast. I disagree with the size of the tenement. Size in this case does not matter fellas trust me.
I think it may be Olympic Dam is not much bigger than the size of THX tenements but that is worth mining. You can have a tenement the size of Australia and it is of no significance if there is nothing there to find.
