    Suspicious this is released at the same time as the amended meeting outcome. Is it a distraction, a hoodwink or a coincidence?

    Were the results purposely miscounted, then amended at the same time some news is released?

    The tactics used in the past leaves the mind to imagine all possibilities are feasible...
