With the execution of this Agreement, VIC agrees to proceed with a placement of 300,000,000 VIC shares at an issue price of $0.007, together with a one-for-two attaching listed option toTHIRD PARTIES, to raise circa $2.1m (pre-costs). The capital raising will be managed by VIC’s lead broker, EverBlu Capital.
Whats wrong with a placement to existing shareholders. Placement to THIRD PARTIES sure don't sound good at all unless the placement is at a premium to MC . I am sure them shareholders of VIC would jump at the chance to take out the $2.1m @ $0.007 a share. Good estate but it ain't a good deal when you deal out your shareholders. GLA
