I think you have it the wrong way.

If the SP is say 1c, then they will only do a 1 for 2 consolidation.
if the SP is 0.09cm then its a 1 for 2.22 consolidation;
if the SP is 0.08cm then its a 1 for 2.5 consolidation;
if the SP is 0.07cm then its a 1 for 2.857 consolidation.

Therefore, the worst case is a 2.857 consolidation.

IF THE SHARE PRICE IS HIGHER THEN IT WILL BE A LOWER CONSOLIDATION.

SO BEST NOT TO SELL!
