Why would Tincom fund a $400m plant and expect ESI to fund $1.5m portion of the FS?
It makes no sense.
Why do you think Tincom did not pay a licensing fee for entering into this partnership? Dont you think the FS is in lieu of the licensing fee?
I am not going to spend any more time on this issue.
In summary, Tincom is paying for everything. Period.
