Leased back to a regular tenants of RFF's as well.
They seem to strike good relationships with tenants of high quality/expertise in relevant industry.
Farming in Australia has undergone a "contractor revolution" of sorts with many large farms employing contractors instead of tying capital up in machinery, equipment, infrastructure and now the very land upon which farmers produce their product.
RFF putting up the $$ for the land and buildings, farmers can go crazy doing their thing without capital restrictions apart from paying their rent.
Its a great partnership IMO, one that has both landlord and tenants in cohorts for a win win.
Size and scale at work with long term mindedness has me invested quite happily increasing units when on sale.
