Disappointed in the short term, but encouraged in the long term....

Disappointed in the short term, but encouraged in the long term. I know that may sound like a contradiction in terms, but it is in fact the long term I'm looking at. As has been previously mentioned many times in the past, there is no 'legally binding agreement' signed. Many buyers want to wait for this signed, and are willing to pay a premium for it. I, on the other hand, trust in my research, and am willing to put money behind it. The 'market seems to have given up on us.' I think that the market is being cautious. And willing to pay a premium. I have confidence in my research and in management.
