The other thing that occurred to me is that on the surface this Victorian project is a pure-Coldry play. For some time now we have had our gaze irresistibly drawn to an integrated Coldry/Matmor plant in India but its important to recall that the company has always believed that Coldry is viable in its own right (whether for power generation or chemical feedstock beneficiation) and in the early stages of the India project, before NMDC piled on, NLCI was also interested in a pure Coldry play.
Why is this of interest? I suspect that there are potentially many more licencees internationally for a commercially proven Coldry plant than there are for an integrated Coldry/Matmor plant.
For ECTL to get to the position of having reference sites for both would be a great coup!
