All that is required is a heat source to play on the lignite; what about a zinc smelter or an iron smelter,what about a man who has just moved his family to Australia and he is excited to spend a billion dollars. A man who is about to double the capacity of his newest Australian steel mill, increase the size of his deep sea port to move the tonnage, build a new power station to run his mill.

Management know of the man but they just don't quite have the imagination to shake his hand.
