All they need in their contract is a disclaimer, if delivery is not met by due date, we have the right to cancel or void contract- they had that and their internal legal advised them before they terminated the contract- not the nicest thing to do, I would agree, but from a legal perspective they have covered their bases- they need to pay shipping costs or some costs if arbitration deem that fair or they wish to settle the matter, but they are not losing this one.
