Hey Roughie, I'm not sure where you are hiring sales staff from but someone with medical expertise to sell BTM isn't cheap.
500k AUD would be lucky to hire 3 good sales folk in OZ.
Account for the exchange rate and I'm thinking 2!
Not wanting to rain on your parade but thinking people get 100k a year to sell medical devices is 10 years old!
