I should add that given the wording of this deal you would have to assume that the Victorian government would be getting involved to try and move this along as it's in their political interests to do so.
Also with ADO's announcement on Tuesday about starting their TGA application again from scratch means that we would have to be ahead of them now in the application process.
Fingers crossed this moves along quickly as that would mean by 2023 we'd have test manufacturing capacity of about 15m test strips per month between Sarisota, FL and Melbourne, Vic. Then there would also be the research facilities at Carlsbad (due to relocate to a bigger premises this year) and Melbourne, Vic.
Between the current cash at bank, the funding/sales from the Victorian government and working capital funding to fulfill the Canadian orders this quarter this deal has the ability to move LDX along in leaps and bounds. It also gives a bit more time and space to get the FDA approval for FebriDx.
