CPS became substantial holder May last year with 81M shares averager 1.5 cents and that equates 6% of company . They did't sell out in last year run up but diluted around 5% due to option conversion. Did sell 16M share towards end of last year but still hold close 81M as covertered option. Strange didn't sell run up last year now we wont know as fall below 5% holding. Intersting why probably holding sell at current prices is brake even.
