I agree to get to fast track these projects Vlad needed extra help. He knew this and had been looking at a few people over the years to take over the reigns but a lot did not fit in for what he wanted. There was no point just getting someone for the sake of it, as this could have sent us backwards as well.

It has all come into alignment with the right guy now who has a wealth of experience in vanadium and enough corporate nous.

In fairness to Vlad even as a one man band he achieved a lot to get to this point and even this environmental study would have been started before PB came on board, just like a lot of the recent announcements we have had.

Now things will just move faster.
