Ann: Videlli to de-list from the ASX , page-4

did we ever between us all ever work out the answer to the question of "what % of VIX_ERG does VIDELLI own?"

all the documents said was that VIX_ERG will be a Joint Venture and VID will end up as a minor shareholer but I never quite ever saw what that % was. Does VID own 49% of VIXERG or 4% or ??

I have trawled through the financial statements but couldn't quite see anything.
