The big boys hided ERG's coming income by no charging customers, and use T-Card as excuse to knock down ERG. Then they can transfered all ERG good assets into themself ,after ERG cash flow turning around and before major income coming in.

The best way for ERG share holders should be merging or sell business to Cubic while hold in shareholder's hand,
so that we could still get something from the sales.
