A step in the right direction. But too little too late. The BOD HAVE NOT engaged with us the share holders. That is why there has been no pulse, no excitement about Chile. The BOD have in include us shareholders ALL the time and NOT just when they want funds. (I am not shouting - just emphasizing the problem).
Get some emotion. The video is like talking to a damp squib. I will be making my decision on Monday.
