A BODs concern should always be about what is best (at all times) for ALL shareholders..
Not each individual BOD member, management, staff, fund manager, outsider, or anybody else for that matter...
Maybe what they have done at all times is in our best interests?
But If that is the case, why has the % of shares "short" gone from a conservative 1-2% prior to the CEO leaving to around 4% now?
All this does is create uncertainty for shareholders IMO.
....so I wish they would just sort this all out ASAP, so the company can trade without all this governance uncertainty.
DO we know why the CEO has gone yet?
