^ so I believe Hamish's "performance" as a stock picker has little to do with the SP problem here IMO
So I am not sure why everyone is so fixated by this...
Same with that large UK fund leaving. As someone pointed out to me.. that was "well known"? "old news"?
Is not the main problem the BOD?.. who thought they could sit "tight lipped" right throughout this affair?
They should have known better (being most likely fundies or ex fundies themselves) that if you do that, ie not be "squeakier than clean" about your ASX releases ie ASX governance, you will leave your shareholder "owners".(.ie employers of the BOD!) vulnerable to being crucified by the vagaries of the ASX, it's shenanigan rules and all number of short sellers and manchancers etc taking advantage of us MFG small shareholders...
These BOD guys wouldn't be so naive about the risks of being preyed on by other fundies.. surely not??
That is what peaves me as a small shareholder a bit...it appears IMO they have allowed the governance of MFG to be questioned?
Not a "good look" if you are trying to "sell" yourself as a "whiter than snow" fundie company (which only touches conservative investments..)
So It's all about the CEO IMO.. ie why he left? And the reputational damage of that to MFG..
What concerns me is we still don't know from the video release or the market releases from the company?
I just wish they would clear the air to get these short sellers and other associated ASX sharks off our backs..
The longer they delay the reasons the CEO left..the more doubt is left to fester and the more these vultures can prey on us small shareholders
Why is it we haven't found out why the CEO left?
Do we have to wait till the AGM?
