Nobody buys bonds anymore.
Nobody buys gold anymore.
These are all old economy. That's why Magellan is worth buying.
If overvalued tech blows up, all that cheap money will move into dividend defensives.
Bond proxies are old world and Magellan don't do bond proxies.
