    Further to this, everyone knows that person who is reactive and flighty.

    Hamish is clearly not this. He retains:

    • the most important role - investing.
    • hasn't sold a single Magellan share.
    • his wife isn't about to set up a $100 million dollar art gallery, needing funds.
    • has fixed his China holdings.
    • 50% super defensive stock holdings.
