How is ENI responsible for any of those challenges? Further, how do you prepare for typhoons and its is asserted 4 departures of the rig? You prepare for kicks with a BOP but surely you can't prepare for all kicks unless you have the most high rated BOP on every drill. Who knows how long if takes to source the upsized BOP? Also, who is to say the kick wasn't bigger than even a reasonable tolerance built in to the BOP used before the kick?

ENI unprepared- yeah that's right, they have no idea about oil and gas and they probably want the well to fail... I'll take ENI as a partner every day of the week and your veiled attack as nothing more than a plea for positive news.
