What spin are you referring to?? It is factually accurate that DDT have reached an agreement for the Vietnam Institute for Anti-Counterfeiting Technology to act as their agent for selling its products in Vietnam.
They are required to make such announcements to the ASX. I wouldn't expect $$$ projections for an announcement of an agreement of this nature, nor would I believe any if they did.
Time will tell of course but it's not a bad situation for an anti theft company to have as its agent someone with local knowledge & reputation as well as close ties to law enforcement agencies.
