Agree... Its like when you start with nothing, you want to make your capital work harder and achieve phenomenal returns so you can reach financial independence quicker... That was UoS in the early 90s. Lucky they caught the Malaysian real estate boom and made it work...

Now you are a multi-millionaire, you just want to conserve your wealth, not lose money and trying out another business model of a more stable recurring income... this will obviously deliver lower growth but more certainty.... taking risky bets are not longer a top priority...
