Its probably no surprise to any holders but UOS SP seems to drift sideways irrespective of any newsflow or industry trends.
Malaysian property outlook does look like it has improved a lot yet no move at all in UOS stock.

According to Tan, the property sector stood out in 2023 as the second-best performing sector on Bursa Malaysia with the Kuala Lumpur Property Index (KLPRP) recorded an impressive return of 34.5% versus the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI’s loss of 2.7%.HLIB’s decision to upgrade the sector from ‘Neutral’ to ‘Overweight’ in February 2023 proved prescient, capturing the majority of the sector’s rally. The remarkable performance of the property sector in 2023 was not merely a stroke of luck but a result of various factors coming into alignment.Tan attributes the sector’s success to a combination of correcting an earlier mispricing and benefitting from transient factors. In 2022, despite a recovery in demand and earnings, the KLPRP faced a downward trend, presenting a misalignment that was eventually rectified in 2023.However, as the calendar turns to 2024, HLIB predicts a gradual slowdown in the sector’s momentum.
