In response to Directors buying, they can only buy certain times of the year(windows) and if they know something(upcoming deals etc) they can't buy.
Just remember Cedric has 22 mil shares, he has more then us on the line.
Only 11 days to the quarterly and we will see the money from the JV and the sales.
