    Only half the profits would go to NSL shareholders (the other 50% to VJ).

    So, 5cps earnings, times 10 gives a 50cps target.

    But VJ have operating IO mines already operating producing I think over 1m tons. So, upside risk to 1.5m tones.

    Plus more acquisitions (upside risk to 1.5m tons?), plus the coal...
