All due respect to mister quakes but its already a major mining district, with gold ,diamonds and many other minerals mined in the area so there is road infrastructure in place. Rosatom are no small fry they are Russian State owned and currently account for 67% of nuclear plant construction around the world. They also enrich and have a multitude of other things they do. I don't see why they can't transport by road to a port like VMY is to Adelaide for shipping. Russian State owned company's don't put much info out there for the world to see.
