I think JB was prompted by VMY declaring another "strategic review".

The intent being to tell VMY shareholders he's keen to party but our board isn't. Its a way of telling us what's going on in our own company because our board isn't.

One thing VMY could be considering is selling Mulga Rocks and using the cash to go in really hard in the NT, so a script offer just doesn't achieve corporate objectives. And JB doesn't have the cash to buy it. Selling NT makes no sense since is practically unexplored and could be a huge company-maker in a territory more comfortable with uranium mining than WA.
