    back in 2018 Rick rule and JB got together again RR invested in dyl propped its sp up as the others sank
    for that purpose to get cheap undervalued uranium assets JB delayed it and missed the boat and a pissed off RR moved on .. and now with this looming shortage that is evident ! wants to buy vmy currently for $3.30 lb to little to late !
    IMO JB wants to expand dyl African resource as much as possible and sell it in the ground to Chinese ?
    and bring another project like the vmy to production ?
    but his shot in the dark offer with a deadline LOL does not value the potential growth of the vmy resource !!
